Abstract:As light absorber layer in the solar cells, the organic-inorganic perovskite material exhibits the advantages of large absorption coefficient, excellent carrier mobility, high stability and unique ambipolar properties, which make the perovskite solar cell a research hotpot of new photovoltaic generation. The structure and preparation methods of perovskite materials were summarized. The structure of perovskite solar cells and its research progress were discussed. Problems in the development process of perovskite solar cells and the further understanding methods were also pointed out.
