Determination of crystalline size and lattice distortion of Pb phase in Al-Pb nanocomposite by Vogit function method

Abstract:Crystalline size and lattice distortion of Pb phase in Al-Pb nanocomposite prepared by high energy ball milling were determined by Vogit function method. The calculation result was compared with the TEM observation result. The result shows that the calculation value of grain size of Pb phase by Vogit function method is consistent with TEM observation result. It means that the result of Vogit function analysis is reliable and the Vogit function method can be applied to the routine analysis.
