Abstract:Alloy powder is the basic raw materials for metal injection molding, metal 3D printing, aviation engine and other manufacturing 4.0. The preparation methods mainly include: crushing method, water atomization, gas atomization, water-gas mixture atomization, centrifugal atomization, rotary disk atomization, rotating electrode atomization and ultrasonic atomization. The technical equipment level and the main products and varieties of the atomization powder in China were analyzed, and comparison with foreign advanced technology in the same industry was conducted. The results show that there are a lot of gaps between domestic and foreign in the product variety, average particle size, product yield, stability and consistency of the product, which is the goal and direction of Chinese to pursue.
