Abstract:Cu
60Cr40 alloy was prepared by mechanical alloying and cold pressing microwave sintering. The density
and phase composition of the alloy were measured. and the microstructure evolution of Cu60Cr40 alloy under differ‐
ent pressing pressures was studied. The results show that the microstructure of Cu60Cr40 alloy powder and cold
pressing greenbody is lamellar. With the increase of pressing pressure, the green density of Cu60Cr40 alloy gradually
increases. Under cold state, the density gradually increases from loose to dense, and the formability improves. After
microwave sintering, the microstructure of Cu60Cr40 alloy is lamellar. With the increase of pressing pressure, the
grain boundary becomes obvious gradually, the void decreases, and the density increases.
