Abstract Taking tungsten infiltrated copper (W10Cu) studs used in aircraft as the research object, the fracture phenomenon
of loading moment in the assembly process of products was analyzed. The results show that uneven copper
infiltration is the main reason for stud fracture caused by the decrease of material strength, and the methods and
suggestions for optimizing material sintering process and quality monitoring are put forward.
