双尺度SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料的研究

Abstract Double scale (nano, micro) of SiC particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites were prepared by powder metallurgy vacuum hot pressing sintering method, and the microstructure, density, hardness and wear resistance of the composites were studied. The results show that micro SiC particles are distributed uniformly in the matrix without obvious agglomeration, and there is a good bonding interface between the SiC particles and the matrix. The density, hardness, wear resistance of the composites increase firstly and then decrease when the content of micro SiC is 0-20 wt% and the content of nano SiC is 3 wt%. While the composite properties increase constantly when the content of micro SiC is 15 wt% and the content of nano SiC is 0-4 wt%. The maximum hardness of nano-micro particles reinforced, micro particles reinforced and nano particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites were 78.9 HV, 70.7 HV and 65.8 HV, which are higher than that of matrix by about 56.86%, 40.56% and 30.81%, respectively. The wear resistance of the composites is 2.29, 1.39 and 1.23 times that of the matrix, respectively.
