Abstract:The gasket sample of the shape memory alloy (NiTi) was processed, and the compressive resilience properties under different pre- tightening force were studied. Then, the corresponding constitutive equations were established. The results showed that the NiTi alloy gasket possesses typical super- elastic properties, and the resilience rate is more than 99%. The established constitutive equations of NiTi alloy are very consistent with the experimental data.
