Abstract：The aluminum alloy surface treatment technology were summarized. The corrosion of metal surfaces and features categories were reviewed. The traditional chromate surface treatment processes were introduced. The anodizing technology, chrome-free chemical surface treatment technology and sol-gel technology, the coloring techniques were analysed.
