Abstract:A method for the determination of Al2O3、B2O3、CaO、MgO、MnO、SiO2 and TiO2 in slag of FeSiB amorphous alloy by ICP-AES was proposed. The sample was completely decomposed with nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid. The optimum analytical parament and condition were selected. The interference effects of matrix could be eliminated by the method of matrix matching. In this method, the limits of detection of Al,B,Ca,Mg,Mn,Si and Ti were 0.041, 0054, 0016, 0009, 0004, 0098 and 001 μg/mL, respectively. Under the analytical optimum condition, chemical components in slag sample of FeSiB amorphous alloy were determined. The values of RSDs (n=11) were all less than 20% and the recoveries of added standard were between 1001%~1058%.
