Abstract:The alloys with the nominal compositions Sm(Co0.715Fe0.20Cu0.06Zr0.025)7 and Sm(Co0.715Fe0.20Cu0.06Zr0.025)9.5 were prepared by induction melting. The two kinds of ball milled powders were mixed to obtain the magnets with different z value. The processing conditions of sintering, solid solution and aging were investigated for the Sm(Co0.715Fe0.20Cu0.06Zr0.025)z magnets with z=7.86, 7.63, 7.41, respectively. The results show that the magnet with z=7.86 has a optimal magnetic properties at room temperature, Br,Hcj and (BH)max reached 1.13 T, 2 387. 32 kA/m and 226.40 kJ/m3. Moreover, the magnet has a good magnetic performance at 300 ℃, Br =1.013 T, Hcj =831.59 kA/m, (BH)max= 164.17 kJ/m3.
