Abstract:The paper discusses the process of optimizing parameters of GBDP by DOE theory detailedly. A series of experiments are conducted through building correct models, setting main impact factors and its corresponding horizontal values. Results show that compared with the traditional experimental method, the DOE theory can obviously reduce experiment number, shorten experimental period and cut down the cost of research meanwhile. The coercivity of magnet increases from 1615.88 kA/m to 2292.48 kA/m, increasing by 41.9% under the guidance of DOE theory.
