Abstract：By analyzing the evolution of grain structure during rolling of GH3625 alloy, It is discovered than grain size gradually refines with rolling, The grain of bar surface is finer than that of the core and the genetic effect is obvious. Mixed crystal structure on the surface of some rolled materials, which will become uniform after 1150℃ for 1 hour. So the mixed crystal of bar surface is only related to the low finishing temperature.
