Abstract：The miniaturization research of pressure sensors in vibrating cylinder has been carried out among lots of countries such as the United States, Britain and Russia. In order to increase the sensitivity, thinner cylinder walls of the sensors have been required and the key factor to ensure the miniaturization is the materials of vibrating cylinder. In this paper, constant elasticity alloy based on Fe-Ni-Cr-Ti-Al is discussed on application, development status and the direction in the future.
