Abstract:Based on three-dimention numerical finite element analysis software Ansoft Maxwell, the simulation model of magnetic circuit application system for dry pressing multi - pole magnetic ring mold was established. Comparing of different magnetic circuit arrangement design, the static magnetic field distribution and magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic circuit system were analyzed in order to optimize the design of the magnetic application product. According to the simulation and computation results, the design of the magnetic circuit system in the dry pressing multi - pole magnetic ring mold can be well instructed. To meet the design requirements, the physical samples are prepared and the optimization results are verified.
