Abstract:Titanium alloy has been widely used for its excellent corrosion resistance, high specific strength and specific stiffness. Its connection technology has also received much attention. This paper introduces the research status of electron beam welding of titanium alloy, and focuses on the microstructure, mechanical properties and simulation of titanium alloy electron beam welded joints, pointing out some problems in the electron beam welding of titanium alloy, and its development prospects are forecasted.
