Abstract:Based on the theoretical analysis of pressing-explosive safety, the calculation of the theoretical density of explosives and the modification of the traditional pressing mould, SHS nano-explosive grain is prepared by the preparation of uniform powder and process of pressing explosive. The influence of process parameters on the pressing-explosive density are analyzed, it’s found that increasing the pressure of pressure, increasing the pressure speed appropriately, taking multiple dosing powder pressing method can increase powder pressing density. The technology provides a reference for the preparation of high density nanometer explosives.
