Abstract:The law of influences of catalysts on dehydrogenation properties of LiAlH4 was studied by PCT equipment. The catalysts nano-powder Ni and nano-powder Co was chosen. The results showed that doping Ni and Co had no improvement on the dehydrogenation temperature of LiAlH4 , however, which could better efficiently the amount and the rate of hydrogen release of LiAlH4. Among all samples doped with Ni, the dehydrogenation amount of the sample doped with 5%Ni was largest. While, the dehydrogenation rate of the sample doped with 12%Ni was fast. Among the samples doped with Co, the dehydrogenation amount and rate of the samples doped with 12% Co is the largest and the fast.
