Abstract:By adding right amount of dispersant, the nano titanium nitride particles dispersed in aqueous solution, and using two-step can disperse the stable water-based nano titanium nitride fluid By using single variable method, the kind of nanofluids was studied in the tribological properties of the steel ring, and analyzed the lubrication principle The results show that with the increase of the load,coefficient of friction and wear showed a trend of increase with the decrease of the first, the mass fraction of 1% PVP and CTMAB as dispersant, particle size of 20 nm and the mass fraction of 1% titanium nitride particles, deionized water for dispersion medium showed a good lubrication performance
