Abstract：The test specimen dissolves by the nitric acid, in 1% nitric acid medium, directly carries on the determination by the argon plasma photosource stimulation.Through the para acid medium, the acidity, dissolve the type sour quantity, the basis density choice and the determination lower limit experiment, the wave length choice, the accuracy and the returns-ratio experiment and so on the inspection, had determined the best analysis condition, uses the standard to join the law to carry on the test, the accuracy: The lead gauging decides RSD 0.656~2.809%, the cadmium gauging decides RSD 0.366~1.487%, the returns-ratio: The lead gauging decides the returns-ratio 96.69~107.48%, the cadmium gauging decides the returns-ratio 98.17~104.90%, the proof method is feasible.
