Abstract:The viscosity of nanocrystalline (Fe73.5Si13.5B9Nb3Cu1) alloy is investigated with high temperature changing. It is found that there is an irreversible structural transition at about 1400℃. The viscosity curve is completely reversible before 1400℃ heating or cooling. And at different temperatures relaxation, the higher the temperature is, the shorter the time required to reach equilibrium, confirming the existence of structural transformation. Different superheat treatments of the melt suggested that overheating helps to refine the structure. This provides a theoretical reference for the cognition and preparation of nanocrystalline alloy melt structure.
