Abstract:This article focuses on the magne tic properties of Fe-Ni thermo magnetic alloy. The effects of doping elements Ni, Cr, Mn on the properties of the alloy are investigated. The result shows that with increase content of Cr in alloy, Bs decrease after an increase, and Mn makes a decrease in Bs. The variation of ΔBm/ΔT increase with the increase of Cr, but for Mn is just the reverse. Doping elements Cr and Mn have little effect on linearity of Bm-T curve. By adding Mn and Cr, the new thermo magnetic alloy had wider compensating temperature(-60~+85℃), high linearity.
