Abstract:The different curves of variable blank holder force (VBHF) were studied by using Dynaform software to simulate deep drawing process for magnesium alloy tube parts. It can draw a conclusion of that the forming quality of tube- shaped parts will be better improved as the BHF increasing with the punch stroke by comparing the formability under different curve of variable blank holder force. And the BHF increase linearly which has a best forming quality. The orthogonal experiment according to the experimental factor of VBHF curve, punching speed and friction coefficient were designed. The finally optimal parameter is the 5 cure of VBHF, the punching speed of 2 500 mm/s and the friction coefficient of 0. 150.
