Abstract:The strip steel is cold rolled from 1.2mm to 0.12mm by the high rolling mill. It is further pulling straightened by the 23 roll stretch bending straightener. In the finally, both of the strip sharp and mechanical properties are controlled with the stress annealing. In order to control the shape and mechanical properties of cold rolled strip, the different controlled variables need to be adjusted in various processes. Both of the deformation and rolling process parameters play main role during the cold rolling process. During the stretch bending and straightening process, the tension and elongation need to be controlled. In the meanwhile, annealing temperature, tension and annealing speed are controlled in the stress relief annealing. Via the above methods, the good performance of the strip achieves which include smooth of the final strip shape, meeting the mechanical properties requirement, and the same mechanical properties for both of longitudinal and transverse.
