Abstract:As a solid solution strengthening alloy with good plasticity, the mechanical properties of GH3230 need to be focused in engineering applications. In this paper, the tensile curves at different temperatures are studied. It is found that the acoustic emission phenomenon is obvious during the tensile process at 500 °C and 600 °C, and the tensile curve appears force jitter and sawtooth shape. At 700 °C and 800 °C, acoustic emission occurs locally and the tensile curve appears serrated. During the tensile process at 900 °C and 950 °C, the acoustic emission disappeared and the tensile curve became smooth. In this paper, the reason of acoustic emission phenomenon is discussed from the point of view of microstructure change of GH3230 at different temperatures. The acoustic emission phenomenon is related to the morphology of carbide in GH3230 grain boundary.
