Abstract:The iron phosphate oxide hydroxide nanoparticles were fabricated by a solvothermal method at 210 °C for 8 hours using FeCl3?6H2O, Na3PO4 and NaAc as raw materials, the mixture of ethylene glycol and water as solvent. By changing the amount of ethylene glycol and water in the solvent, the amount of Na3PO4 and the amount of NaAc, a series of iron phosphate nanoparticles samples can be obtained. The morphology and structure of the products were characterized and studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD
