Abstract:Research on lithium-ion battery modeling and parameter identification based on least squares vector machine to improve the effectiveness of lithium-ion battery model establishment and parameter identification accuracy. Use the second-order equivalent circuit model to establish a lithium-ion battery RC equivalent circuit model, based on the lithium-ion battery RC equivalent circuit model, use LPV technology to establish a lithium-ion battery parameter identifiable model, and select the least square support vector machine algorithm to solve the parameter identifiable Model, the least squares vector machine algorithm uses the quadratic programming problem to replace the support vector machine optimization problem, and uses the kernel function to replace the dot product operation in the high-dimensional space to realize the effective identification of the parameters of the RC equivalent circuit model of the lithium ion battery. The experimental results show that the output voltage of the established lithium-ion battery model is very consistent with the actual measured voltage, and the model parameter identification accuracy is high in different lithium-ion battery states.
