Abstract:Cobalt-based superalloy by adding 1.05%of carbon, forming a large number of rich in Cr, Co, W carbide,refine the grain size and improve the wear resistance of alloy, the alloy carbide morphology is divided into two kinds, a kind of dark a M7C3 carbide for large particles, another for light grey secondary carbide M23C6 small particles , through the study of the different temperature of heat treatment of mental test observation found that with the increase of heat treatment temperature , alloy in light grey granules of secondary carbides into a dark gray color carbide, grain began to grow up. As the heat treatment temperature increases, the hardness of the alloy decreases gradually, and when the heating temperature reaches 1160℃, the hardness value decreases rapidly.
