Abstract：Take samples from different positions of the immersion nozzle, observe the macroscopic morphology and microstructure of the nodules at different positions with the help of scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer, and analyze the microstructure and composition of the nodules at each position. Studies have shown that the immersion nozzle nodules are mainly divided into yellow-brown nodules, white nodules and cold steel. Among them, the main components of the yellow-brown nodules are a mixture of Al2O3, Fe and a small amount of FeO and SiO2. The main component of white nodules is Al2O3.
