Abstract:A constant expansion alloy 4J32C for special glass sealing was studied. The alloy has a constant linear expansion coefficient near room temperature (2.3×10-6/℃≤α ?10~30℃≤2.7×10-6/℃)。The effects of Ni, Ti and hot working deformation on the expansion properties of the alloy were studied. The results show that the expansion coefficient of the alloy sample is relatively constant when the alloy Ni element is controlled at 37.5% ~ 38.0%, while the hot working deformation has little effect on the expansion properties of the sample to be heat treated.
