Abstract: The continuous annealing furnace in the industry is an efficient annealing or heat treatment equipment, which is often used for the heat treatment or annealing of products such as strip, wire and pipe. The convection structure of thermal circulation fan is mostly used in the furnace. The fan impeller is the most key core component. Under high temperature, all metals will creep, and creep is the main factor limiting the service life of the furnace, The shape of all parts of the furnace will extend and change with the change of service time and temperature, and the material strength will decrease linearly at high temperature; Therefore, studying the material characteristics, comparing and analyzing the good and bad conditions of use, selecting qualified impeller materials before redesign and manufacturing, and reasonably welding impeller materials can ensure that the structural safety meets the requirements, prolong the service life and improve the production efficiency of the equipment.
