Abstract:The FeNiMo powder produced by gas atomization technology was insulated and pressed to make magnetic powder cores. The electromagnetic properties of the FeNiMo magnetic powder cores were studied under the protection of nitrogen atmosphere at different heat treatment temperatures. The results showed that the magnetic permeability of FeNiMo powder cores increased with the increase of heat treatment temperature. After the heat treatment at 650℃ for 40 min, the power consumption of the magnetic powder core reached the lowest value of 155 mW/cm3 under the test conditions of f=50kHz and Bm=100mT, and the magnetic permeability of the core was 130, and the DC superposition characteristic of the magnetic permeability at 50Oe was 55%. The DC superposition characteristic of magnetic permeability decreases with the increase of heat treatment temperature, which is caused by the fact that the higher the heat treatment temperature is, the more complete the internal stress release of the magnetic powder core is and the easier it is to be magnetized.
