Abstract:Combined cavities and core-pulling mechanism were used for the elbow parts forming, which has high automation degree, thus the production efficiency was improved. The software of Moldflow was used to simulating the injection process and the working process of mold. The results show that the mold structure is reasonable, which can meet the technologic requirements of elbow parts.
