Abstract:As the key equipment for pressing and forming in powder metallurgy production process, powder metallurgy press has become a hotspot research topic in universities, research institutes and production enterprises at home and abroad. Based on the analysis of the product structure and technology research status of mechanical powder metallurgy press at home and abroad, the design and simulation of mechanical powder metallurgy press structure, pressure transmission “crank-pendulum-slider” mechanism, demoulding position constant mechanism, mechanical handicraft action and intelligent control system were carried out. The design of “crank-pendulum-slider” mechanism makes the press more stable movement, vibration reduction, due to the existence of “dwell zone”, which can better ensure the accuracy of the press. The design of the demoulding position constant mechanism can independently control the demoulding action through the drive of the main shaft, so that the demoulding stroke does not need to be readjusted when pressing different products, the operation is convenient, the demoulding position is constant, and the precision of pressed products is high. This design can provide a reference for the design and research of mechanical powder metallurgy press.
