Abstract:Preparation progress of porous NiO with high activity of reduction reaction is researched, which includes pore-forming, ball-milling, and sintering. The reaction rate and conversion are discussed about the reaction of NiO reduced with CO by recording the total pressure and CO2 concentration of the reaction system. The optimum preparation progress of porous NiO granular material with high activity of reduction reaction is achieved. And it is verified that the porous NiO can react with CO at high rate before conversion rate reaches 93%.
