Abstract:The micro/nano copper powder for vehicle capacitors was prepared by liquid phase reduction method. The effects of pH value and mixing method on the composition, morphology and particle size of the product were studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The results show that when the pH value of the solution is 6 or 8, the product is Cu powder with face-centered cubic structure. As the pH value increases to 10, there is Cu2O phase in addition to the metal Cu in the product. The shape of copper particles is irregular smooth polyhedral structure, and the particle size decreases with the increase of pH value. Under the same experimental conditions (pH=3), the copper powder particles mixed by pouring method have narrow particle size distribution, the particle size is about 1 μm, which has good dispersibility.
