Abstract:Abstract:This paper mainly focuses on the ultra-pure iron concentrate with a grade of 71.58% iron obtained by fine
grinding,weak magnetic separation,reverse flotation and two-stage dehydration process,with a 68% iron concentrate
in marine sedimentary magnetite grade in Qinghai as raw material. The iron ore concentrate can directly produce reduced
iron powder with a total iron content of up to 98.7% through the primary reduction of hydrogen.The optimal experimental
conditions are as follows:hydrogen flow rate 1.5 m3/h,reduction time 1.5 h,reduction temperature 850 ℃.
