Abstract:In this paper, taking the bracket assembly of a automobile rear side door actuator cable guide device as
the object, combined with the advantages of additive manufacturing technology, the additive manufacturing process
of bracket assembly is studied, including material selection, structure optimization, model processing and process
parameter setting. The final product meets the dimensional accuracy requirements of assembly. It is found that
the key steps in the process are the selection of substitute material glass bead reinforced PA12, optimization of model
clasp structure and appropriate setting of process parameters. Finally, through the product cost analysis, it shows
that additive manufacturing technology has obvious cost advantage in the field of automobile aftermarket parts remanufacturing.
