Abstract:In this paper, TA15 titanium alloy powder for additive manufacturing was prepared by gas atomization
method, and was verified by selective laser melting and electron beam selective melting. After process optimization,
0~53 μm powder accounts for 35.7% of the total powder, and 53~106 μm powder accounts for 33.3%. The
performance indexes of the powder meet the enterprise standard, and the additive parts meet the acceptance standard.
The results show that the properties of TA15 powder are close to the domestic leading level, and has the capacity
of batch production.
