Abstract:Abstract:This paper focuses on the effects that the concentration,temperature,PH and reaction time of nickel manganese
cobalt (NMC)sulfate solution on the small size products’tap density, specific surface area and sulfur content
of Ni0.5Co0.2Mn0.3(OH)2 through co-precipitation. The results show that whether the concentration, temperature and PH
of NMC sulfate solution is too high or too low, they are not good for the production quality control(PQC). When
the PH is between 12.00 and 12.20, the concentration is 2.5 mol/l, the temperature is between 35 and 40 ℃, and the
reaction time is 30 hours,small size Ni0.5Co0.2Mn0.3(OH)2 products with high performance can be synthesized.
