Abstract：Mould pressing is the most important preparation method for bonded NdFeB magnets. Characteristics of bonded NdFeB magnets were analyzed. Based on experimental research and lots of production practices, the important effects of die structure, press structure and compacting actions on magnets quality were introduced. The key techniques for controlling the quality of bonded NdFeB magnets were also summarized.
