Abstract:Because the sintering temperature of Al2O3 ceramics is too high to limit its application development, it is very important to reduce the sintering temperature of Al2O3 ceramics. The recent research situation of low-temperature sintering of Al2O3 ceramics at home and abroad was summarized. The influences of three factors, namely Al2O3 particle size, sintering aid and sintering method, on the sintering temperature of Al2O3 ceramics were expounded in detail. The related mechanism of low temperature sintering of Al2O3 ceramics was discussed, and the development of low temperature sintering of Al2O3 ceramics in the future was also prospected.
