Abstract The emergence of titanium alloy powder metallurgy hot isostatic pressing technology broke the original
technical route of titanium alloy casting and forging, improved the mechanical properties of titanium alloy materials,
increased the material utilization rate and accelerated the product production cycle. This paper systematically
introduces the technical characteristics, powder preparation, densification process and simulation status of titanium
alloy powder metallurgy hot isostatic pressing, summarizes the development and application at home and abroad,
and proposes the development trend of this technology.
