Research progress on preparation technology of spherical tungsten powder |

Abstract Spherical tungsten powder is the raw material of tungsten and tungsten alloys applying to 3D printing, porous materials, high density powder coating and other industries, the preparation method and process of spherical tungsten powder are concerned widely. The preparation methods of spherical tungsten powder at home and abroad were summarized. The characteristics of plasma spheroidization technology, the advantages and the research achievements were also introduced. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various preparation methods, the development trend of the preparation technology for spherical tungsten powder was put forward.
