Abstract Based on the basic structure of the oil pump rotor， the locating scheme and clamping scheme， the design of the locating and clamping device， and the design of ensemble structure of special drill jig in the production were presented. Aiming at the problem of lacking of generality on special drilling jig， the adjustable fixture， modular fixture and other solutions were put forward to ensure processing quality， improve machining efficiency， reduce processing time and reduce production costs.
