Abstract:Forming process of Fe-based powder metallurgy hydraulic motors valve plate was simulated with the numerical simulation software DEFORM-3D. The local and overall valve plate density distribution was studied under the condition of five different forming process parameters. The basic reason of non-uniform density distribution in the outer step and inner step of the valve plate and the whole was also analyzed. The better forming process parameters were obtained, and the production process parameters were verified. It has important significance to improve the rationality of the process design for the similar powder metallurgy parts.
