Abstract In order to find a kind of alloy material suitable for the high temperature environment of the gasoline engine turbocharger, the IN713C alloy was chosen as the research object, aiming at exploring the best parameters of IN713C injection molding process. The density, microstructure and mechanical properties of the prepared samples were tested and analyzed. It is found that 850 ℃ is the better pre-heating temperature. When the sintering temperature is 1 300 ℃ and the dwell time is 3 h, the density, hardness and tensile properties of the samples are the best. The sintered density is 7.83 g/cm3, and the relative density is 99.0%.
