Abstract Samples of FeSiCr rings were prepared by insulation coating particle of different pelleting particle size
distribution and tested for physical and electromagnetic properties. The results show that compared with magnetic
particle with D50 of 62.497 μm and 95.788 μm, the powder with the proper particle size distribution (D50 is
74.290 μm) is more conducive to the uniformity of the powder filling, reducing the pore size and number, and higher
density of the forming core, improves the saturation magnetic induction strength and effective permeability of
the magnetic ring. more excellent comprehensive performance can be obtained.
