Abstract PEG-based binder system and gas atomized spherical Ti6Al4V alloy powder were used to prepare injection materials with uniform composition, stable rheological property and thermal property, and then the samples were sintered. Through the adjustment and control of process parameters, the relative density of sintered samples sintered at 1 320 ℃ for 3 h is 97.6%, the ultimate tensile strength is 900 MPa, the yield strength is 867 MPa, and the elongation is 12%. The mechanical properties of the sintered samples meet the requirements of ASTM F2885-11. High vacuum sintering conditions accelerate the densification process of sintered samples, and can effectively reduce the content of oxygen, nitrogen and other impurity elements. The content of oxygen elements (0.229%) is slightly higher than the standard value (<0.200%), while the content of other impurity elements all meet ASTMF2885-11 standard.
