Abstract Abstract:The gleeble-3800 thermal simulation machine was used to conduct unidirectional thermal compression
deformation experiment on the new Ni-base superalloy NPM. The deformation temperature was 1 000~1 138 ℃
and the strain rate was 0.01~10 s- 1. The results show that under the same strain, when the temperature is constant,
the greater the strain rate, the greater the flow stress; when the strain rate is constant, the higher the temperature,
the smaller the flow stress; the average grain size decreases with the increasing of the strain rate, as the deformation
temperature increases, it first decreases and then gradually increases; the recrystallization fraction increases as
the deformation temperature and strain rate increase.
