Abstract In order to optimize the space parameters of the granulation chamber in the process of Si3N4 gas-solid
two-phase flow rotating coupled field granulation process. The influence of the angle of multi-body bottom wall
structure in granulation chamber on the mixed flow field of Si3N4 microspheres was investigated by experiments.
The particle size distribution, sphericity and fluidity index of Si3N4 microsphere in granulation chamber with multibody
bottom wall composite structure at different positions were analyzed, and the accuracy of experimental results
was verified by numerical simulation. The experimental results show that when the angle between two adjacent
composite structures is 90°, the excellent and qualified rate of Si3N4 microspheres is the highest, and the fluidity
index is the best. It can effectively improve the swirling phenomenon of particles, reduce the accumulation of
Si3N4 powder at the bottom of the rotating chamber, and improve the axial movement trend of Si3N4 powder. The
volume distribution and velocity field nephogram obtained by numerical simulation are basically consistent with
the experimental results, which verifies the correctness of the experimental results.
